By visiting, registering for, or using Diaspora Keys, you agree to these Terms of Use and any related policy pages referenced throughout the platform. If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, keeping your login credentials secure, and ensuring that any activity under your account is authorized. If you suspect unauthorized access, you should update your credentials and notify support promptly.

Listings, profiles, uploaded records, and supporting materials may be supplied by users, partners, or third-party operators. Diaspora Keys provides coordination, trust, and visibility tools, but you remain responsible for reviewing suitability, legal status, and local requirements before making a commitment.

You may not use the platform to impersonate another person, misrepresent a property or service, upload misleading or unlawful material, interfere with the service, evade safeguards, scrape protected content, or pressure others into off-platform or unsafe transactions.

Verification workflows, legal support, inspections, and related diligence services are intended to reduce uncertainty, not eliminate it entirely. Users should still exercise judgment and, where appropriate, obtain independent legal, financial, or tax advice before closing a transaction or sending funds.

Certain features may involve payment processors, escrow arrangements, identity checks, service partners, or local professionals. Additional transaction-specific terms, partner requirements, bank charges, foreign exchange costs, and timing constraints may apply depending on the workflow you use.

When you upload documents, messages, media, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and that they are materially accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant Diaspora Keys a limited right to host, process, display, and review that content as needed to operate the service, support trust controls, and handle disputes or investigations.

Diaspora Keys may suspend accounts, restrict features, remove listings, or pause certain activities if we reasonably believe there is fraud risk, policy abuse, unlawful conduct, unsafe payment behavior, or material misrepresentation. These actions help protect users, partners, and the platform ecosystem.

Except for user-submitted content and third-party materials, the platform design, software, brand assets, written content, workflows, and related materials remain the property of Diaspora Keys or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit them without permission.

Diaspora Keys works to improve clarity, reduce fraud exposure, and support better cross-border execution, but it does not guarantee a successful closing, investment return, property availability, tenancy result, service outcome, or absence of loss. All decisions remain subject to market, legal, operational, and human factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Diaspora Keys will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on platform content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to Diaspora Keys for the directly affected service in the preceding twelve months, if any.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
